What Causes Recurring Fever Despite Administering Motrin And Tylenol?

My Granddaughter has RSV Virus with pneumonia. She has been given antibiotics with Motrin and Tylenol. It has been 2 Days since she was seen at the hospital. Her fever keeps coming back last reading 100. Is this normal or do I need to take her back to the hospital?

Hi,
As antibiotic medicine started wait for 2-3 days more as its action takes some time to work.
Once effect of antibiotic starts your fever will be alright.
Take plenty of water.
Take light food.
