What Causes Recurring Fever, Pain And Cramps In Stomach With Gagging?

I have high fever which comes up only in the evenings and night. Sever intestinal infection with pain and cramps in the stomach. Gagging and have lost my appetite. The DOT EIA is non reactive, but I gave my blood sample for testing when I didn t have fever. Kindly diagnose.

The most frequent cause of abdominal pain is gastroenteritis , irritable bowel syndrome, urinary tract problems , inflammation of the stomach and constipation.
Abdominal pain can be cramp-like, achy, dull, or sharp. It is often called stomachache.
Together, fever and abdominal pain may be the result of a number of infectious conditions, both bacterial and viral.
Conditions associated with abdominal pain and fever include:
appendicitis
bacterial or viral gastroenteritis
