General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you are probably suffering from bronchitis. A doctor examination should be done to listen to your lungs and check for congestion or murmurs. Also a x-ray should be done. The results may show bronchitis and antibiotics are possibly needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
