What Causes Recurring Fever,body Pain And Brown Urine?

hi,i had very little blood droplets in my stool 3 weeks back. then they stopped but i started having strong stomach cramps but a very few quantity of diarhea would just b discharged. after 2 weeks i started having frequent fever and body aches so i started taking antibiotics but after two days of taking them, i had brown urine today.

I think you should get fully checked doing an urine analysis and stool test to check for urinary tract infection and stool for parasites or bacterial infection.
