Iam 31years femail, I have fissure since 2009 after under gone through colonoscopy thrice. Since then it s like on an off. But last 2years it was completely normal, but since last March iam again facing the same problem dew to overdose of medicine as antibiotics for urine infection. So I was been suggested for oxerute cream by a doctor. Is it safe using it as I read online that it s gives numness to the skin acts like anesthesia kind. Is it true or it even heals the skin. Plz lete know about any cream or oil or any thing which heals the effected part safely with out any side effects.
As per your history, recurrent fissures may be due to constipation or long standing activity. You can take syp. Duphalac for constipation. Avoid straining, heavy weight lifting. You can apply Lignocaine gel locally. Kindly consult with surgeon for detailed examination and treatment.
