What Causes Recurring Fluttering Sensation In The Left Side Of Abdomen?

I am 53 y.o. male. I ve been experiencing a fluttering or pulsating sensation in the left side of my abdomen for about 3 to 4 months now.. I saw MD and had an ultrasound today.. I have hypertension that is usually controlled but at times it is on the high side.. no other medical issues

I really appreciate your concern, you have not said anything about the test result of ultrasonography, hypertension may not cause this, such abdomen symptoms could be nonspecific, if it was something pathological changes then it would have been detected in ultrasonography test and you would have been given medicines accordingly I could guess this, hope this information helps.
