What Causes Recurring Foul Yellowish Vaginal Discharge?

For about a 2 months I have been getting what I believe to be Bacterial Vaginosis (odor and thin yellowish discharge) along with a sore throat. I have been prescribed antibiotics for both infections and they go away for about two weeks and then they are back. What could this be?
