What Causes Recurring Hard Bump On Right Inner Thigh And Groin Area?

A couple of months ago I got a hard bump in my right inner thigh near my groin area. I popped it and it went away. Then a few weeks later it came back. I popped it and it was gone. Now I have another hard bump on my right lower butt cheek. It s also hard but not popping when I try to pop it. Other than that my health is perfectly fine. Any suggestions as to what could be going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some bacterial infection on but chhek area producing enlarged inguinal lymph nodes giving this problem.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5 days.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Do not try to pop bump as it might aggravate the infection.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
