What Causes Recurring Headache And Swelling In The Legs?

I have a question. I have been having a reoccurring headache for the last 3 weeks. At first it was almost unbearable, but not it just seems to hang in the background. Pain mainly concentrating to the middle of my forehead and to the left side. I ve also noticed major swelling during this time as well with no changes to my diet. I have HP, but it has been normal. The swelling is mainly in my legs and ankles and the left leg/ankle is noticeably more swollen then the other. No injuries at all. This morning I woke up to a small red dot (blood dot) on my left eye as well. I m due to have a full blood review anyway on the 25th. What are you thoughts?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The dull headache with swollen feet, ankles & a blood dot in the eye. All of these point to the possibility of raised blood pressure.

Visit your family doctor for blood pressure check-up. He may alter the dose or medication itself OR he may refer you to a cardiac physician for expert guidance.

Till then take rest, avoid physical or psychological stress. Continue with the medicines prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
