What Causes Recurring Headaches And A Feeling Of Swelling Behind The Eyes?

i am 65 yr old woman with regular severe headaches that feel like my occiput and behind my eyes are inflamed/swollen sometimes triggered by small amount of alcohol before dancing or a yoga session. eventually it clears through expelling wind. am i fermenting?!

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)Your problem is due to migraine only so note all causes leading to migraine ,if it is due to a specific reasons and if that reason is eradicated then frequency of attack will be reduced a lot.If not controlled then you need medications for it.
