General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it is due to sinusitis.

Consult an ENT specialist and start a short course of antibiotics preferably amoxclav.

If pain persists a CT scan might be required to know the severity of the condition.

Steam inhalation can provide symptomatic relief by opening up the blocked sinuses.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
