What Causes Recurring Headaches, Vomiting And Loss Of Appetite?

My daughter has had a fever and really bad headaches over the last 3 days along with the odd nosebleed. The fever seems to have subsided now but she is still having the headaches. Then about 10 minutes ago she vomited. She has also been very lethargic and has a loss of appetite. Any ideas as to what this might be?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring headaches, vomiting and loss of appetite . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction , constipation, electrolyte imbalance, food poisoning and hay fever. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , laxative , antiemetic drug and antibiotics . Doctor may also refer you to allergy specialist . For now take antihistamine like zyrtec and avoid food which can cause gal and allergy like nuts and cabbage . Drink plenty of fluids to maintain hydration status and take oral rehydrating solution as well.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
