What Causes Recurring Headaches With Dizziness And Sharp Pain Behind The Ear?

Chronic headaches, previously rarely got headaches. Started in august. Accompanied by decreased sense of touch in the left arm, extreme fatigue, confusion, dizziness, lethargy, forgetfulness, etc. it s taken extreme effort to get out of bed and go to school, and I am behind in math because I haven t been to school much. I m not under any stress, I m as I always have been. Headaches are in the forehead, feels like a lot of pressure from the inside, a constant dull ache, along with sharp pains behind my right ear, also biting pain in other areas of my head.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Noted your history and concerns.
The causes of chronic headache, *decreased sense of touch in left arm, fatigue confusion, *dizziness and lethargy etc are most likely to be some intra-cranial pathology.
I would advise yo the following:
MRI of the brain.
Neurologist's opinion and an ENT check-up.
This would help you to get an appropriate diagnosis and a plan for treatment to get the relief.
I find this answer helpful
