What Causes Recurring Heart Palpitations And Facial Twitching?

Hello, I have been having a serious of physical attacks over the last 4 years, and they have been more frequent this year: it started with what seemed like heart palpitations, and at times left side numbness and suttle pain and tingling .... To random muscle movements in body and body and facial twitching. More recently I was admitted because I felt my whole entire body lose energy and felt faint and thought I was passing out. I have had my tongue at times to contort and bend. With all this, I ve been to ER, physician , and cardiologist. All tests say blood and heart looks fine. And a ct was done on head. That looked good. I just wanted to get as much advice as possible on what could actually be going on? Why the reoccurring systems? What next step should I take? I have an appt with a neurologist but that s two weeks away and these symptoms seem to be daily and of course disturbs sleep. Thank you
