What Causes Recurring Hiccups On A Regular Basis?

I have a lot of problems but I have been getting the hiccups on a regular basics the last two or three month & they around 15-20 min s at a time been getting them 2 times a day no matter what I do can t get them to stop I m wondering what can be causing them & what I can do to get them to stop

Hi.

Most hiccups are totally harmless, but some of the hiccups occuring regularly can have the following causes:

+Emotional stress
+Overeating
+Carbonated drinks
+Excitement
+Swallowing excessive air while eating candy or chewing gum
+Temperature changes
+Excesssive alcohol comsumption

Please relate to the cause in your case and avoid it.
