What Causes Recurring High Fever Post Recovery From Typhoid?

hi my daughter was diagonised thyphoid last month iand doctor has prescribed taxim o- 200 mg for 14 days..fever gone and she was ok for the last 15 days.. 3days back again she is having fiver and doctore suggested it as viral fiver and hence she has been paracetamol syp..however after 8 hrs fiver comes and temp goes to 104..pls suggest

Hey.

If I were your treating doctor, then i would have increased the frequency of paracetamol syrup to 3 times a day.

Also i would like to perform few tests like COMPLETE BLOOD EXAMINATION, PERIPHERAL SMEAR FOR MALARIAL PARASITE and DENGUE SEROLOGY.

After the reports were out, then i would have planned what to do next.
