What Causes Recurring Inflammation And Yellow Spots Under The Foreskin?

i have fissures just happen round the tip of my foreskin and inflamation and underneath the forskin i get little yellow head spots have taken thrush treatment which helps for about a week then the problem reappears my partner doesnt have thrush cause i thought we might be passin it back and forth but she is all clear just wondering what possibly the problem could be

Hi,

Foreskin is very sensitive part. Dryness and soaps can give such irritation and inflammation. Avoid using soaps for washing genital area and use warm water instead. Also, use mild detergents for washing undergarments. Tight undergarments should be avoided. Using aloe vera gel for local application will be helpful.
