What Causes Recurring Itching And Peeling In Skin Of Penis?
so my penis is red itchy and the skin is peeling like a sunburn, this has happened before and hydrocortisone topical agent has been used to treat it like a fungal infection, however since it reoccurs every six or eight months or so is it possible it may be a skin condition?

It seems that you might be having fungal infection giving this problem.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Go for one oral anti-fungal medicine course like Flucanozole.
Keep local hygiene clean and dry.
