What Causes Recurring Itchy, Dry And Flaky Patch Of Skin Below Collarbone?

I have an intermittent itchy patch of dry flaky skin below my r.medial collarbone that s approximately 2 inches in diameter. Just when it seems like it s gone forever it reappears. If I scratch, it seems like it becomes inflamed and eventually the areas I ve scratched scab over, heals then at some point over a few days or weeks it recurs. Is this something that may be indicative of my diet? More specifically, my liver?

The symptoms you had mentioned are mostly due to some sort of fungal infection nothing else. For treatment you can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or moxikind-cv along with cetrizine and combiflam for severe itching and inflammation. You can use clobit-gm or betnovate-c cream for local application. Don't worry it will be fine soon.
