Hi. I sprained my ankle about 2 months ago pretty bad. I could not walk on it for over 3 wks. I still have pain after walking for more then 20 min. The pain is higher than the typical sprain area I ve had before. I went to the dr got X-ray, no breaks. Problem is now I keep getting a recurring rash on that ankle that is EXTREMELY itchy! My foot goes numb & throbs a lot. I put destined 5% on it & it does help but comes back within 24 hrs. I ve changed socks (even though I ve used the same ones for years) & bought different shoes with no change. I m 36 & in good health otherwise.
