What Causes Recurring Itchy Rashes On Face, Chest And Lower Abdomen During Menopause?

I have recently been getting a regular itchiness and rash on my face, neck chest, arms and especially on my lower stomach and inner thighs. i am 51 female and have been going through menopause for a while now. rash is blotchy and irritant and i get it every day.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have a baseline autoimmune work up for any signs of autoimmune systemic vasculitis. ANA, CRP, ESR, RA factor and ENA profile may be needed. Dermatologist review and rheumatologist review may be helpful.
