What Causes Recurring Itchy Rashes On Palms, Feet And Along The Side Of Waist?

I have a recurring rash or bites on the palms of my hands, fingers, bottom of my feet, along my side him and around waist, under breasts, backs of upper arms, back of neck. They are extremely itchy and very painful to touch on bottom of feet and palms. They look white on inside with red edges and will fade away for several hours and then come back. I have tried benedryl cream, alcohol, ibprofin for pain and to help me sleep. I am now on hydroxyzine HCL 25 mg. NOTHING helps - the hydroxyzine knocks me out for 24 hours. I cannot take prednisone due to bad reactions.

As per my clinical experience, the recurrent rashes on various body parts indicate possible issue with hyper responsive drive through histamine release via IgE previously sensitized pathogen. Usually it related to various types of auto immune response underlying.
