General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM
I'm Dr. Taimur and I will be addressing your health concerns.
I have read your question and understand your concern.

The sign and symptoms you narrated most likely fits into an allergic reaction which may be due to any thing like cotton wool, grass, some insect bite, and even soap or detergents.
It is usually self limiting and doesn't need any medications. But if it is disturbing you, you can use anti allergic ( tab Rigix 10 mg one at night for 10 days) plus simple panadol one tablet three times a day.
And if it is more severe you can have a single shot of intra venous steroids plus anti allergic.
The blood counts you have given are absolutely normal and there is no need to worry about it.

I hope this might be of some help, if you have any query feel free to ask me any time.
Thanks.
Dr. Taimur
