What Causes Recurring Itchy Red Spots On The Penile Head?

I have notice red spots on the tip of my head of the scrotum. In about a day they turn into what it looks like ring worms. Usually about 5 of them appear in a line. No pain or swelling. Some itcheness but only like 3 times out the month. I had unprotected sex in March and it s been like this since. I notice it appears when I have fornication an if I don t wash it by the next day.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here chances of fungal infection and in my opinion it can be well managed with "Miconazole cream" apply this three times in day, take care for hygiene, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
