I have recently, over the past week, or so, been experiencing moderate-severe bone pains. The affected areas include Knuckles, Toes, Elbows, Wrists, Shoulders, Knees, Thigh, Humerus, Ribs on my back, Heel, Radius and Shins. Accompanying these pains, I have also noticed sharp pains in my chest, palpitations, petechiae on my feet, a fluttering sensation in my chest occurring every few minutes, headaches, excessive tiredness, excessive weakness, numbness, loss of appetite, swollen occipital lymph nodes and a slight nausea which is exacerbated by eating. Also, a month, or so ago, I visited my GP, with symptoms of Tonsillitis. He diagnosed me with Tonsillitis and prescribed me with phenoxymethyl penicillin. The antibiotics seemed to suppress the symptoms. But a day after the course finished, I started to regain symptoms. My GP re-prescribed the course, which had the same effect and I, again, regained the infection. The third time he decided to double both the dosage and the length of the course, which seemed to kick the infection. I revisited my GP with the mass of symptoms listed above. He performed no physical examinations, and asked very few questions. He said that it was "probable some sort of viral infection, which would pass eventually." He also said that the CBC I had in early November would have showed up anything serious, despite only experiencing these symptoms for just over a week. Your views on this are appreciated.
Yours,
James :)
