What Causes Recurring Lesions On Legs?

I have what I have always referred to as lesions that pop up on my legs. They come and stick around for awhile, go away only to inevitably come back.Curious if they might be serious, or what they could be. Not sure if this allows pictures, but will post some if so.

Lesions in the region can be related to numerous causes out of which I think psoriasis is the most common one. You can post pictures to me, by using our premium service. Viewing the images will certainly help to establish a diagnosis and direct treatment.
