Hi Welcom to HCM
In my clinics most patient who come with light headedness and blank vision usually suffer from hypotension, dehydration, HTN patient on medication causing hypotensive attack, weakness too.
Patient with systemic weakness and hypotension feel dizzy and blank vision on postural change i.e sitting to standing or sitting from lying posture. Vision recovers in few minutes.
It happens due to reduce blood supply to brain and eyes on postural changes.
I would recommend following.
1. If HTN , then visit a physician to adjust your medication.
2. Have a nutritious diet to combat the weakness
3. keep your body hydrated

Hope it solves your query
