General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

I have gone through your query.

There are many reasons for loose motions but in your case, it seems like you have infectious gastroenteritis which is an infection of the intestines. These are usually caused by bacteria.

Getting a stool culture and sensitivity can help rule in the bacteria that caused it and the best treatment. This will allow a quicker healing time.

Along with this, the following can help as well -
Drink lots of water
Take probiotics
Eat a bland diet or a brat diet like - bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Vignan Rachabattuni
