Hi,

Recurring lumps in the testicle area can have several possible causes. One possible cause is a spermatocele, which is a fluid-filled cyst that develops within the epididymis (a coiled tube at the back of the testicle). Another possible cause is a hydrocele, which is a buildup of fluid within the scrotum. Testicular torsion, which is a twisting of the testicle, can also cause lumps and pain. A hernia can also cause a lump in the groin area.

At times, a lump at the testicles can be a sign of testicular cancer. However, it's important to note that most lumps in the testicle area are not cancerous.

Itching and pain can also be symptoms of several conditions affecting the scrotum and testicles. For example, jock itch, a fungal infection of the skin in the groin area, can cause itching and discomfort. Contact dermatitis, an allergic reaction to irritants like soaps or laundry detergents, can also cause itching and discomfort in the groin area.

It's important to have any recurring lumps or other symptoms in the testicle area evaluated by a healthcare provider to determine the cause and appropriate treatment.
