Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurring migraines, upset stomach and sinusitis . Well migraine usually occur due to sinusitis . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin at least for 5 days along with decongestant and expectorant . Also consult gastroenterologist for stomach problem . Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , laxative or lopramide . For now take steam thrice a day , which is very helpful in case of sinusitis and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
