Hello and welcome to HCM,
The two miscarriages were in the first trimester and in the first one the heart beat was not audible after 6th week.
Absence of heart beat is seen in blighted ovum and this type of ovum is cannot mature to form a complete baby.
A blighted ovum usually undergoes spontaneous abortion since it is abnormal.
The second miscarriage also took place in the 6th week, however, cause of this miscarriage is not known.
The miscarriages in 1st trimester are due to blighted ovum, chromosomal abnormalities in the ovum etc and thus they undergo spontaneous abortion.
There is not much to worry and you can try with next conception.
There is no evidence of any specific fertility problem so you can look forward to conceive without compilations.

Thanks and take care
