What Causes Recurring Miscarriages?

I m 33 yrs old, had 2 first trimester misscarriages(both in 6th week before heartbeat found) in row within 6 months. My Rubella IgG, CMV IgG. ANA(1:100) are positive. also Thyroid 5.12. Is this all curable? can I take next chance with proper treatment?

Yes all this is curable. I suggest you also get tested for antiphopholipid antibodies, which are also a known cause of spontaneous abortions.
