General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the muscle cramps involve legs, toes and fingers; systemic disturbances with trace element deficiency as zinc, magnesium, B12 deficiency or else may be part of consideration. I would like to readdress the query if you have blood reports available with you in soft copy for attachment purpose during next chat session.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
