What Causes Recurring Muscle Cramps In The Legs And Lower Back?

i get muscle cramps consistantly mostly in my legs and lower back. sometimes whole body at the same time. this past summer i had excessive sweating in a very hot environment and thought that was the problem, but this is no longer the case. the cramps continue often with no warning at all. i also get waves of neasea and sometimes dry heave, again with no warning. i dont have insurance so cant afford a dr.

I understand your concern. The problems what you are facing seems to be due to a mineral deficiency.

Kindly take calcium and magnesium supplementation. Drink oral rehydration solution regularly. Keep yourself well hydrated by consuming good quantity of water.

Gradually, you should be able to overcome the symptoms and be back to normal.
