Hi, I have been having abdominal twitching for a few weeks now. Its feel exactly like a baby kicking. It is mostly on my lower far right side but also get it all over lower and upper abdominal region and be constant for hours at a time, sometime all day long. No Pain associated with twitching/spasms. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It might be related to low magnesium levels or ovulation spasms. Get an abdominal ultrasound done when you will feel this twitching. If nothing internal, then it's just muscular twitching from low magnesium levels. Meanwhile do take magnesium and vitamin B and calcium and see if this helps.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
