What Causes Recurring Neck Lymph Node Enlargement?

I have a gland on the right side of my neck that is getting bigger, it doesn t hurt. It has been there for over a month, other glands in my neck have been enlarged also, but seem to go away and come back. I am 36, I have no symptoms of a cold, no sore throat, no fever. Should I be worried?

Do a fine needle aspiration cytology of the enlarged node. It will give the possible cause for it and take treatment accordingly.
