What Causes Recurring Nodules/pain On The Back Of Neck?

Hi, for the past few months I've been waking up in the morning with headaches and feeling like I've got a hangover, even though I don't drink. Also, I keep getting reoccurring nodules on the back of my neck and pain in my neck when I bend my head forward/backward, etc. Any idea of what's going on? Many thanks!
