Hello , :) I have been experiencing daily numbness & tingling in my arms & hands (particularly my right hand & arm) lately, in these last 2 months ? I m 54 yrs - female & don t suffer from any diseases - I don t have diabetes - non smoker or drinker - I m 5 3 & weigh 98 kgs -( I know I need to loses weight... @ least 25 kgs ...
