General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your headaches seem typical of cluster headache. The best treatment to stop them is inhaling high percentage oxygen for a few minutes. It might be good for you to have a small oxygen tank with a mask and inhale through it when you get the pains, it generally stops it within a few minutes.
If there is no response to oxygen you will need to see a doctor to confirm it is cluster headache or not. In this case a thorough examination is needed and possibly tests.

I hope this is helpful and answers to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj, General & Family Physician
