What Causes Recurring Pain Below The Rib Cage Radiating To The Back?

I have reoccurring pain on the right side under the breast area that radiates to the back. It is at times severe and unbearable but then quiets down after a while but leaves me exhausted and achy. I feel slightly nauseous during the episodes. My email is YYYY@YYYY thank you.

it may be costochondritis. can take tab combiflam twice daily after foodwarmphomantation and analgesic ointment like vol-in may be applied general checkup BP and temperature should be taken. exclude hypertension and diabetes.can take ECG and consult cardiologist with report.
