What Causes Recurring Pain In Chest Radiating To Neck And Breast?

my husband of 68 is having a migrating pain in his chest which at the moment is under his breast plate, it started in his chest on the right side yesterday and travelled across to the left side during the day. It seemed to go away and then came back in his neck muscles and moved down under the breast plate. what can cause this type of pain movement? deanna1952 at gmail.com

Hi,
From history it seems that this might be pinched nerve pressure giving rise this radiating pain.
Go for x-ray cervical spine for cervical spondilitis.
Go for EKG to rule out any cardiac ailment as well.
Meanwhile give him some analgesic like ibuprofen as and when required.
