General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Depending on your age, the pain you feel on left side of your belly might be due to:
- ovulation cramps (if you are female)
- urinary tract infection (both genders)
- colitis (both genders)

As the pain is extremely sharp and severe and get repeated, I highly recommend to go to ER and get immediate evaluation and treatment there.

Abdominal ultrasound is required immediately.

Hope it helped!
