What Causes Recurring Pain In Right Ovary With History Of Ovarian Cyst?
I am 59 years old and have been post menopausal for over 10 years. I had my right ovary removed at age 17 due to a ruptured cyst. My appendix and gall bladder have been removed. I have been experiencing sharp intermittent pain in the area of my left ovary. The e is no lingering aching pain. Bowels have been regular.

HI
Thanks for posting your query.
Your pain could be due to infection in your left ovary or in the intestines. It could also be due to stones in the kidneys .
To know the cause of pain you need to get Ultrasound scan and Urine routine test done and revert back with reports for further discussion and advise.
Till then you can use Tab Cyclopam for symptom relief. Get a prescription from your doctor.
Hope this information was useful to you. Any clarifications feel free to ask .
