Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The following may be causes of your pain in scrotum and lower abdomen like inguinal hernia, epididymitis, orchitis, scrotal hernia, hydrocele, epidydimal cyst or varicocele.

You need to be examined thoroughly. Please do consult a surgeon for detailed clinical examination and few tests like Ultrasonography abdomen and scrotum if necessary. Appropriate treatment can be started only after coming to a specific diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
