What Causes Recurring Pain In The Ankle?

Sometimes with any recognizable pattern or incident, my left outer ankle becomes very painful and swells up for a few days. After several days the pain and swelling leave but not before causing a lot of pain and discomfort. Not sure if this is enough information to work with but I honestly cannot detect any pattern that leads up to this.

I do understand your solicitousness

As per your question please do a CBC[Complete blood count] and a physical examination by your local Doctor. Take treatment as per blood report. You can do few natural things at home which may avail -:

1)Put 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil (preferably fractionated) in a diminutive jar. Integrate 2 or 3 drops each of lemongrass, grapefruit and cypress essential oils. Optionally, you can put 10 drops each of these essential oils in a separate bottle or bowl and shake it well. Utilizing a dropper, integrate 6 to 8 drops of the coalesced oils to the carrier coconut oil. Mix the ingredients together with a toothpick. Apply the mixture on the affected areas and massage for 10 minutes. Reiterate 3 times daily or

Mix the ingredients together with a toothpick. Apply the mixture on the affected areas and massage for 10 minutes.Reiterate 3 times daily.

Fill a medium tub with warm water. Add 10 drops of chamomile essential oil to it. Soak your feet for 10 minutes, or as long as the water stays warm. Repeat at least 3 times daily.
