What Causes Recurring Pain In The Sternum?

was in a very minor car accident on Nov 23. Since then I have had recurring pain in my sternum. I thought it was due to the seat belt restraint, but it is not improving. Pressure is constant, pain is intermittent, worse when bending over, or straightening from bending. I am in very good health otherwise. non smoker, exercise regularly, weight is within reason.

As i can understand, it seens to be some soft tissue swelling as a reason of pain rather then something serious. Take seropeptidase tab for 3 days 3 times a day it might help
