What Causes Recurring Pain In The Wrist?

hi, im 21 years old, have no medical issues, but for the last couple of days i've been having extreme localised stingy pain in my left wrist which hurst for about 10seconds and disappears. This happens every half and hour and the pain intensifies. When the pain increase i can also feel in it in my brain. What should i do?
