What Causes Recurring Pain In Throat, Jaw And Ears?
Friend is describing pain that comes and goes, seeming to start in the throat, then work up through the jaw, and into the ear. Ear has been described as very itchy. Had it last evening -- went away -- started again this evening just before bed. She had been fine all day.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of recurring pain in throat, jaw and ears which seems to be due to swelling of lymph nodes and due to upper respiratory tract infection travelling ear through eustachian tube. Need not to worry. Avoid intake of cold carbonated beverages and do warm saline gargles. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You can go for blood and sputum tests as well. You should take proper course of antibiotics along with antiinflammatory medications. You should maintain oral hygiene. Avoid intake of sharp spicy food. You should apply mist humidifiers in room.
