What Causes Recurring Painful Swelling Of The Lymph Node In Armpits?

Hi I am 30 years old male nd noticed a swollen Lymph node on two months ago. Its not visible but I am able to feel it and a pea size. The swollen comes and goes. I dont drink or smoke and maintaining a healthy life style. Never take any medications. I have tendor swollen right armpit lymph node. I am very nervous about it. My appetite is normal, no rash, no tiredness, no swelling on my belly, or limbs. Please please advice me. Thank you for your advice.

It's difficult to diagnose without examining, swollen lymphnodes could be because of many causes like infection, or reactive lymphnodes or nonspecific lymphnodes. I advise you to get one FNAC if you want to confirm.
