What Causes Recurring Palpitations?

I am 22 years old. I have this weird feeling on the left side of my chest. It feels like bubbles under my heart and on top. When I breathe I can feel my heart beat pound. Is this something serious? It's been happening for a while and also I have dealt with anxiety and stress a lot for the past months. Also nervousness makes my heart beat for no reason as I feel nervous sometimes for no particular reason. I hope there is nothing wrong with me. I would really appreciate your help! Thank you very much!

HI
Well come to HCM
This is happening due to functional condition only and not because of any disease, you need to come out of this condition without the medicines and you could do this, try some exercise, yoga meditation, and stop worrying everything would be fine soon take care.
